Our pricing is intentionally simple with a choice of 2 packages - PLATINUM and GOLD.

PLATINUM PACKAGE

£1,500

This gives you 4 films as follows:

Feature Film
Approximately 15-20 minutes.
This is a documentary-style edit telling the story of your day from bridal prep all the way through to the party. We use selected clips from the speeches and ceremony as the narrative.

Highlight Film
Approximately 4-6 minutes.
A short abbreviated film of your day picking out the key moments and highlights.

Ceremony Film
Length dependent on your ceremony.
A full-length film of your ceremony including the audio from the registrar or vicar, bride and groom vows and ring exchanges and any readings. Filmed using two or three camera angles.

Speeches Film
Length dependent on the length of your speeches
A full length film of your speeches using two cameras angles.

THIS INCLUDES

All-day coverage
Up to 12 hours filming from bridal prep right the way through to the evening party. Including guests arriving, ceremony, drinks and canapes, portraits, reception, speeches, first dance and 30 minutes of the party.

Planning & consultation meetings
Unlimited emails and Zoom calls as you need. Whether it’s asking for recommendations, chatting about ideas or anything inbetween. I’m here to help! We will need a pre-wedding planning meeting, in person or via Zoom, to go over the schedule of the day and, if we haven’t already, meet one another before the big day!

Travel Costs
For any Devon, Cornwall or Somerset wedding there’s no charge for travel costs.

Online Gallery
When your films are ready you’ll be sent a unique web link to watch your films, and share the link with family and friends. (Please note this link is temporary)

USB delivery
You will receive your films on a USB device in a little black box for safe keeping.

Drone Footage
I’ll always aim to include drone footage but this will depend on the location and any local restrictions, such as airports, and the weather. Drones don’t like the wind and rain!

Sparklers or Fireworks
No additional charges for these. It’s all part of the day

6-8 week delivery
Your wedding films will be delivered within 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year. In peak seasons, such as Spring and Summer, this will increase to approximately 6-8 weeks.

I offer a 10% fully refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. Cancel within 30 days of your wedding for a full refund. No questions asked! (£299 deposit for photo and video)

GOLD PACKAGE

£1,250

Identical to the Platinum package but without the 15-20 minute Feature Film.

VIDEO + PHOTO PACKAGES

£2,500

We’ve teamed up with a handful of trusted and highly experienced wedding photographers who we’ve worked with to be able to offer you a combined video and photo package, starting from £2500 (subject to availability).

Another benefit is you’re assured of a team that’s very used to working together on your wedding day.

 FAQs

  • I only require a 10% deposit to confirm your booking. And... it's fully refundable. Just give me 30 days notice before the wedding day, should you cancel or postpone, and you'll get a full refund.

  • I like to get to know my couples before the wedding day so I like to meet up so we can both put a name to the face! This also means that we can go over the timings of the day so I can plan my day's filming. It's a good opportunity for us both to ask any questions we may have . Of course, I'm on hand to answer any questions oy phone or email at anytime between booking and the day itself.

  • Yes, Devon Wedding Films are fully insured including £1m of Public Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity insurance and Drone insurance.

  • I aim to get your video to you within 4-6 weeks but this depends on the time of year as there are more weddings in peak wedding season.

  • You are not obligated to whatsoever but if I am with you the entire day through to late light a hot meal would be appreciated.

  • Yes. My drone is registered with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
