MY APPROACH TO FILMING YOUR DAY

Filming your day actually starts several weeks before your wedding with a planning phase. I’ll arrange a pre-wedding meeting with you, either in person or over Zoom, so that I can run through your schedule for your wedding day. This is crucial to help me plan my filming. I need to understand the parts of the day where I’m capturing audio. When you film a wedding you have one chance so to minimize any risk of errors you have to do your homework.

“Not only was he so lovely during every conversation we had, but he kept in great communication all the way up to the big day”.
KATE YEO

The key here is discretion and to cause the minimum of disruption to your wedding day. We will be in the sidelines and shadows to record those natural moments that just happen. The ones that always look better if people don’t know they’re being filmed. We do this by using compact cameras and the minimum of equipment. We often receive comments from couples that they barely saw us on the day.

DISCREET FILMING

“On the day of the wedding, we forgot Matt was even there and so many of our guest didn't even realise we had a videographer as Matt was so discreet.” LAURA HEALE

A FILM REFLECTING YOU

Every wedding is different. Every couple is different so it makes sense that every film is different. I will always look to reflect who you are in the wedding film. I’m not making a film for me. This is your film. So it will be filmed and edited in a way that reflects you and your personalities.
